  They dont tell you everything and youll end up having issues with billing I signed up and canceled right after not even a week apart and received two bills robbery I would definitely not recommend and will definitely pass along my reviews on media not to join!

CUT OUR GAS OFF FOR NO REASON?!

  Atlanta Gas Light came out and cut our gas off "due to a leak near the gas gage". Did not inform us, did not leave a note on the door. Two days later when we ran out of hot water, we called to see what happened (yes, our bill was paid with auto pay weeks ago). After calling Gas South & getting no explanation as to why we were not notified, suddenly the line was fine, and they are sending a tech out to turn it back on? For 3 days in the month of November the gas was off and no one at either company thought it might need to be turned back on at some point?

Called to cancel registration with Constellation, was confirmed but now its a mystery,,,

  I signed up with Constellation on a state of Georgia site, shortly afterwards I called back as my current contract with GNG was not to expire till after the Constellation service start date. I simply called Constellation and asked may I start service after my contract date expired with GNG, they said no problem, we can start later, and they'd cancel the application. Now I owe GNG $150 and you have to jump thru hoops to get the $$ from Constellation.

I Switched to Constellation, but got auto-switched back

  SCANA must have done something to nullify my switch to Constellation so they could charge me more. I have no idea what happened. I got my first bill with constellation and then with no additional action got switched to SCANA again. How???
