     I was sceptical to try Constellation as it was an unknown company to me. However, the contract price was so incredible I took a chance. I couldn't have made a better choice. If you want a great priced, hands free, don't have to think about it gas company this is the one to choose.

     I have been charge for protection plan which I have not agreed. When I called customer service they said they can not do anything about it.
    I ask for credit for current charges which I would like to cancel. They said one bill sent we will not credit it will be no charge on next bill.
    I think this is fraud without approval they charge on bill.

    when your guaranteed bill end call them and be sure your rate don't increase

     I am very angry for the process that they use in the guaranteed bill. at the end of the year they increase the rate without notifying the client, exaggerating the rate without prior communication. They also send you a bill saying that you should not do anything to renew, however as the month passes they inconsiderately increase the monthly payment and incidentally if you cancel the plan you must pay 150 dollars to cancel with an advance copy. They are fraud with customers so they already know at the end of each year call and make sure that your rate has not increased more than what you consume

    Worst company ever

     I'll never requested a service with this company again, save your money and go find an other one I made a contract for 6 months; the first month was ok but the next month my bill was like for $400 and something I was remodeling one bathroom so I paid that amount because I thought we lost a lot of heat because the bathroom (because we remove the sheet rock in ceiling etc) but then we where able to finished the remodelation in the same month, the next 3-5 months was the same $300, $350, $400 etc. We called them next month asking why we were paying high amounts when the highest amount in 5 years that we have living in this house was $180 with an other companies, the lady in the phone didn't know, the supervisor in turn was just guessing I'm glad that we finally finished the contract with this company this month April 30 2020, I showed the bills to my neighbors so they can be aware of this company. We should be able to put cero stars to companies like this.
    I put 5 stars in Billing and account managment because they are never late to charged you money that's the only thing that they are good.

     I tried to connect the gas service for my new house but I couldnt do it because the last owner didnt pay the last bill! I sent them proof that I was the new owner but they just took too long to resolve the issue! It looks to me that they havent been trained for this situations and they just dont care! There isnt good communication between departments and they just keep going back and forth!

    Scana is a rip off

     I had a tenant vacate my rental house so I signed with Scana to keep heat in the house while I renovated and sold the property. I signed for $0.37 per therm. Did not lock in since I expected on a couple months of svc. At the end of the 1st billing cycle it converted to a variable rate. I expected it could go up by a few cents/therm. It went from 37 cents to $1.39/therm. They did not infom me of the potential magnitude of increase when I signed. Up.

    Dishonest Practices

     I ordered GNG service because of the special that they advertised in my new neighborhood. I also registered for automatic payments. When my first bill arrived, there was a statement in all caps **DO NOT SEND PAYMENT**. In smaller letters the statement was "your payment will be deducted from your credit card" or something like that, so I did not send payment. When my next bill arrived, it stated that I had a past due amount and I was being charged a late fee. I also received a disconnect notice. This was after following their direction of not sending a payment since I had signed up for autopay. When I called the rep, they told me that there is a glitch in their system and payments are not automatically deducted until the second bill. She credited me the late fee. However, the next bill I noticed that my rate had been increased by half. When I called I was told because I had received a disconnect notice. Even though I explained to the rep that the only reason I received the notice was because of the glitch in their system. The woman acted like it was my fault and in her "graciousness" she would offer to give me a credit that was less than the increase they had caused and give me an increased rate from the original agreement I had with them. After 40 minutes of this rep not helping I was allowed to speak with the manager who understood what I was saying and corrected everything. My issues are 1. they have a problem billing that they know about yet they don't fix it 2. They have a problem but the customer service rep tries very hard not resolve the problem 3.People after me are going to have the same issue but may not be as persistent as I am to get what they deserve. I will not be continuing with them after my contract is up.

     I called 1/2/2025 and spoke to a representative to lock in a flat rate at 59 cents a therm. I went on line to pay my bill this month and my bill was 312.00 therm 2.29! I called and spoke to Wendy, Wendy said she didnt know what happened because she saw in the note where I spoke to someone 1/2/2025 and the therm should be 59 cents. Wendy said she needed to speak to her manager. Wendy was apologetic after speaking to her manager she said she will take 125.00 off of the bill. I said no I will still be paying too much. Wendy spoke to her manager again and told me shes taking 250.00 off of the 312.00 bill but the cant honor the 59 cents a therm because the rates changed! I said I have been with them for over a decade and I feel like they should make this right. I ask for the manager. She put Jamal on the line he said he couldnt adjust the rates. He said he could give me a 50.00 credit for next month and lock me in at 69 cents a therm and send it in for review for an adjustment. And he said he would take to his manager about it. I said absolutely not because at this point I dont trust them. I felt like I was pleading and begging them and it should have been the other way around because they admitted to making the mistake! They didnt budge and I had to walk away after being with them for over a decade. I will NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM!

    Terrible customer service representatives

     This is the worst experience that I have ever gotten! And I dont know if this review is going to make any difference but I set up service, they pulled my credit, assigned me a date and told me I could call for earlier date, when I called they changed the date and lied about it! What a shame. I now regret why I even called. There reps are rude and very inconsiderate.
