Gas Leak

“ Tonight I called Scana regarding a smell of gas in our attic. In 45 minutes they had a service person, SamMoore from Atlanta Gas Light at my door to check the attic. He quickly assessed the situation identified the leaks both in the attic and outside at the meter and just as quickly he took care of the leaks. He lit the pilot light on our water heater and checked the stove in the kitchen for any air that might come on when he turned on the burner. We were so impressed with work performance and attention to our problems. Very impressed with Scanas quick contact to send a service man from Atlanta Gas Light and the expertise and attention to our problems by Sam Moore. Thank you to all! ”

Timing is Critical

“ I switched from a 18 month account with Scana to a 2 year account with Constellation. Unfortunately, it is difficult to time the signup so I was left with 2 months on my old contract and was billed $200 cancellation fee. Having been stuck before with a month between contracts and paying 300% premium during the winter, more help with timing from one contract to the next would be nice. Lucky for me Constellation is helping with $150 of the charge.....thank you!!! ”
