Good gas

“ Got a good package when I really needed it (in December). Customer service is great and I especially appreciate the chat support. Useful opportunities to extend the payment time if that is needed. My only problem was the unclarity about paying Gas South for gas and paying AGL for transportation - that almost doubled the expected cost. More information about that part would be helpful when a customer enrolls into any type of contract. ”

They Will End Up Ripping You Off

“ They make their bill confusing enough that you never know when you have paid your AGL charge. Then in the end they charged me an extra month for my AGL when I had switched to a new company. Then they tried to only give me part of my payment back and wanted to give it to me in a virtual gift card and it would take up to 4 weeks to get it. Thief's and liars! ”

Horrible Experience

“ I purchased a home in the first week of March. I searched for gas service in the area and pricing. I decided to try Constellation after CONFIRMING that they covered my area, and could connect my service. As my service connection date arrived I did not receive any communication about getting my service started. My connection date came and went and my family (to include my 80 year old in-laws) did not have gas for cooking or heat as the night time temps dipped to freezing. After several calls, Constellation told me they could not service my area. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything. ”
